红麻全杆化机浆的制备

摘要 用红麻制取化学浆可生产中高档纸或纸板,但化学浆得率低,并且废液需要处理。对红麻全秆化学机械浆进行了研究,以提高红麻原料的利用率,减少废液污染负荷。采用NaOH作为红麻生产化机浆的化学处理剂,通过正交试验确定了红麻全杆NaOH化学机械浆制浆的适宜条件:温度80℃,处理时间40min,NaOH用量8%。经过机械处理后成浆的得率为84%,紧度为0.609g/cm3,撕裂指数为13.84mN.m2/g,环压指数为0.13N.m/g,打浆度为42°SR,耐折度为253.5次,成浆可以抄造瓦楞原纸。 The intermediate-high rail paper and paper but the yield is low and the waste liquid must be board can be produced by kenaf chemical pulp, treated.
