利用稻草选择性液化物制备分散染料分散剂 被引量:1

摘要 以稻草秸秆苯酚选择性液化物为原料,稻草秸秆苯酚液化采用100℃选择性液化的方式,在碱性条件下与甲醛、亚硫酸钠发生改性反应,制备木质素磺酸盐型分散染料分散剂。通过分散力、高温稳定性及研磨性进行性能测试,并采用红外光谱对其结构进行定性分析。考察了亚硫酸钠用量、甲醛用量、反应温度和反应时间对木质素磺酸盐型分散染料分散剂性能的影响,通过单因素和正交试验得出的改性反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,反应5h,亚硫酸钠用量5mmol/g,甲醛用量5mmol/g。此时的产品分散力为82.4%,高温稳定性达到130℃。 Lignosulfonate was synthesized with formaldehyde and sodium sulfite in alkaline conditions using the selective liquefaction of rice straw in phenol at 100 ℃. The performance of dye dispersant was tested by dispersing power, high temperature stability and abrasive while its structure was analyzed by FTIR. The optimal modified reaction conditions were obtained as reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 5 h, the amount of sodium sulfite and formaldehyde 5 mmol/g respectively. The dispersing power was 82.4,% and high temperature stability was 130 ℃.
