摘要
以碱-双氧水法处理的天然丝瓜络纤维为原料,从[BMIM]Cl中制备出再生纤维素膜。通过偏光显微镜观察天然丝瓜络纤维的溶解过程,采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射及力学性能等测试方法,对天然丝瓜络纤维及再生纤维素膜进行表征。结果表明,经活化的丝瓜络纤维素可快速、直接溶解在离子液体中,再生前后丝瓜络纤维素发生了从纤维素Ⅰ到纤维素Ⅱ的晶型转变。
Regenerated luffa cellulose film ionic liquid. Its dissolution process was is prepared from treated natural luffa fibers in [BMIM]Cl observed with polarizing microscope. The regenerated cellulose film was characterized by infrared spectroscopes, scanning electron microscopy, and strength test. The results showed that [BMIM]C1 is a good non-derivatizing solvent for natural luffa cellulose whose crystalline form transformed completely from cellulose Ⅰ to cellulose Ⅱ after regenerated directly from [-BMIM]C1 solution.
