摘要
采用偶联剂KH-570对羟基磷灰石进行改性,制备了聚丙烯腈/改性羟基磷灰石共混复合膜。分析了改性工艺对共混复合膜的断裂强度、镉离子吸附量的影响。通过优化正交分析得到使共混复合膜具有良好性能的羟基磷灰石的KH-570改性工艺:偶联剂KH-570体积分数3%,乙醇与水体积比8.5∶1.5,水解时间30min,pH为6,偶联时间60min,偶联温度50℃,蒸干温度65℃。该工艺条件下PAN/MHAp-KH570共混复合膜的断裂强度为0.747MPa,吸附量为86.17mg/g。
The hydroxyapatite in polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite blend composite film was modified by KH-570. The effect of modification process on breaking strength and cadmium adsorption of blend composite film was discussed. The orthogonal experimental test showed that the optimum modified process was carried in the follow condition: 3% coupling agent KH-570, ratio of ethanol to water 8.5 : 1.5, hydrolytic time of 30 rain, pH 6, coupling time 60 min, coupling temperature 50 ℃ and evaporated temperature 65 ℃. The breaking strength of PAN/HAp-KH570 blend composite film obtained through the optimum process was 0. 747 MPa and the adsorption for cadmium ion was 86.17 mg/g.
