摘要
建立了柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法快速测定含乳饮料中甜蜜素含量的方法。含乳饮料样品经乙酸铅处理,离心后取上清液,在酸性条件下与次氯酸钠发生衍生反应,衍生产物用PDA检测器检测,外标法定量。甜蜜素在0.01~0.50 mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9994,方法最低检出限为0.5 mg/kg,回收率为89.6%~97.9%,方法RSD为1.91%~2.70%。该方法快速、简便、准确,适用于含乳饮料中甜蜜素含量的检测。
To develop a method for the rapid detection of sodium cyclamate in milk beverage by HPLC with precolumn derivatization. The samples of milk beverage obtained by lead acetate, get the clear liquid after centrifugation, Sodium cyclamate reacts with sodium hypochlorite in the acid Condition, derivative detected with PDA detector and external standard method for quantitative. The linear range of sodium cyclamate was 0.01~0.50 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 4, the recovery rate was 89.6%~97.9% and the RSD was 1.91%~2.70%. The method is rapid, simple and accurate that can be applied to the detection of Sodium cyclamate in milk beverage.
