光伏并网微型逆变器的高频变压器设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对用于光伏并网微型逆变器中的标准高频变压器购买难的问题,应用功率体积法设计了一款交错反激高频变压器,对高频变压器的磁芯、绕组导线、电感、绕组布置等进行设计和计算。实验样机测试表明,高频变压器工作状态良好,逆变器能够成功并网运行,逆变效率达到95.5%,并网电流谐波畸变率小于4%。 Aiming at problem of difficult purchase of standard high frequency transformer used for photovoltaic grid micro-inverter, this paper designs one interleaving flyback high frequency transformer by using power volume method which is de-tailedly designing and calculating magnetic core, winding conductor, inductance and winding configuration of the high fre- quency transformer. Prototype testing shows that working state of the high frequency transformer is good, the inverter is a-ble to successfully realize synchronization operation with inversion efficiency of 95.5% and less than 4% current harmonic distortion factor.
