超声波促进合成硬脂酸蔗糖酯的工艺优化

摘要 以蔗糖和硬脂酸乙酯为原料,碳酸钾为催化剂,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中超声波促进合成硬脂酸蔗糖酯。通过单因素和正交试验,确定了超声波促进合成硬脂酸蔗糖酯的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在频率为45 kHz超声波条件下,蔗糖和硬脂酸乙酯摩尔比1∶1时,当碳酸钾用量1%,持续超声时间4 h,DMF和硬脂酸乙酯摩尔比17∶1,超声辅助温度70℃,超声波功率200 W,蔗糖酯含量为92.2%。 Synthesis of sucrose stearate from sucrose and ethyl stearate in DMF catalyzed by potassium carbonate under ultrasonic irradiation, the effects of molar ratio (DMF: ethyl stea-rate), the concentration of catalyst, time, temperature, ultrasonic irradiation power on the reac-tion were investigated. By the orthogonal text, the optimum conditions are as follows, the con-centration of catalyst 1%, time 4 h, molar ratio (DMF : ethyl stearate) 17 : 1, temperature 70 ℃, ultrasonic irradiation frequency 45 kHz, ultrasonic irradiation power 200 W and the con-tent of sucrose stearate is 92.2%.
