摘要
测量不确定度是测量系统中最基本也是最重要的特征指标,是测量质量的定量评定,在产品检测中具有很重要的意义。通过对植物油产品过氧化值指标测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析与评定,得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,以此来分析不确定度分量大小,找到影响测定结果的主要因素,从而有效降低试验误差。
The uncertainty of measurement is the most basic and most important characteris-tic index in measurement system. It's the quantitative evaluation of measurement quality and has an important significance in the detection of quality. The plant oil peroxide value index to deter-mine the source of uncertainty of the process were analysed and assessed, and the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were obtained, in order to analyze the uncer-tainty component size, to find out the main factors influencing the results of determination, thus effectively reduce the test error.
