摘要
本文系统研究了用于PE薄膜粘接的热熔型EVA、丁基橡胶压敏胶粘剂中主体聚合物、增粘树脂、稳定剂及填充剂等组分的选择及不同用量对粘接性能的影响 ,通过实验研究了各组分的作用原理及胶粘剂的生产工艺条件。这二种压敏胶粘剂具有较好的耐老化及低温性能 ,也可用于其它低表面能材料的粘接。
The main target of this paper is to find a series of HMPSAs(hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives).Which are suitable for low surface energy polymers such as PE film.EVA and butyl rubber are selected as base-material,and the effect of the base-material,tackifier resins,plasticzers and age resister are studied.By series experiments,we obtain several formulas and the processing technologies.\;
