摘要
对当前建筑工程质量管理过程中监理存在的突出问题进行了分析,针对监理人员资质问题、施工资料签字问题、规范执行问题提出了可行性建议,为改善建筑工程质量管理工作提供了进一步的保障。
The paper analyzes some problems in the supervision of the quality management process of architectural projects, points out some feasi- ble suggestions according to the qualification of supervision personnel, the signing problems of construction documents, and regulation implemen- tation, so as to provide further guarantee to improve the management of architectural engineering quality.
