关系性嵌入、知识租金获取与集群企业国际化成长关系研究——以苏州制造业集群企业为例

A Study on the Relationship among the Relational Embedding,Acquisition of Knowledge Rent and Cluster Enterprise Internationalization Growth——Taking Suzhou Manufacturing Enterprise Cluster as an Example

在跨国公司的参与和主导下,"外嵌型"成为苏州产业集群最大的特点。在全球价值链背景下,集群企业国际化成长机制涉及"网络关系性嵌入""知识租金获取""企业国际化成长"等变量。集群企业通过外部网络的关系性嵌入能够有效获取知识租金,从而对其国际化成长发挥显著的推动作用。因此,集群企业应当加强外部网络联结关系的构建、管理与维护,动态调整不同维度知识租金获取的培养力度,以此来加快其国际化成长进程,提高国际竞争力。

Under the leading and participation of multinational companies, ＂embedding＂ has become the grea- test characteristic of industrial cluster in Suzhou. Under the background of global value chain, the cluster enterprise internationalization growth mechanism involves variables：＂ network embeddings relationship＂ ,＂ knowledge rents＂, and the ＂enterprise internationalization growth＂. Depending on the relationship between the external network, cluster enterprise can effectively acquire knowledge rent, thus playing a significant role on the internationalization growth. The cluster enterprises should strengthen and maintenance the construction of external network connection relation- ship, and dynamically adjust the rent for the cultivation of different dimensions of knowledge, thus speeding up its international growth process and improving the international competitiveness.
