助卷车架互换式双带助卷器设计

为满足大型热轧机生产铝板带材宽度范围大的要求,设计了助卷宽度范围大的车架互换式双带助卷器。本文介绍为某2 850 mm热连轧机配套设计的车架互换式双带助卷器的工作原理、结构特点和助卷带张力的计算方法。

In order to satisfy need of heavy duty hot mill producing aluminum sheet strip with large width extents, the carriage exchange type of double belts wrapper applying to large width extents wrap has been designed. The paper has described the carriage exchange type of double belts wrapper matching up to the 2 850 mm hot continuous mill and its working principle, structural features and calculation method of wrap belt tension.
