摘要
通过理论计算分析了单、双曲柄机构高速柴油机的燃烧过程及其摩擦损失。结果表明 :大偏心双曲柄连杆机构柴油机由于燃烧期间活塞从上止点下移较慢 ,燃烧过程及时性较好 ,使其指示效率比同型常规发动机有所提高 ,摩擦损失有所下降 。
The combustion processes and the friction losses of high speed diesel engines with both single and dual crank linkage mechanisms were analyzed respectively by theoretical calculations. The results showed that the time lag of combustion process of a diesel engine with a dual crank linkage mechanism of big eccentricity was smaller than that with a single one because its piston moved down slowly from the upper limit. Meantime, the slower motion of the piston also led to a higher indicated efficiency and a lower friction loss than a conventional engine, which increased the mechanical efficiency of the engine.
