超声检查对胃癌的诊断价值体会

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer Experience

目的探讨超声对胃癌诊断的价值。方法选择54例超声诊断胃癌经胃镜、手术及病理证实的患者,先经腹扫查胃区及周围组织,然后饮造影剂,对胃内组织以及胃部周边组织进行逐一细部检查,要确定胃部器官的润滑度,各个部位的轮廓是否完整,纹理是否清晰可见,以及移动情况。结果在超声诊断中,呈现胃体病变、胃窦占位病变、胃壁增厚的患者分别有10例、33例、11例,引起胃闭加厚原因不明的有7例,胃部内系统不明显2例,胃部纹理清晰可见的有3例。结论超声检查可以作为胃癌辅助检查手段。

Objective Discuss the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Choose 54 cases of ultrasonic diagnosis of gastric cancerby gastroscope, surgery and pathology of the patients, First abdominal scan stomach area and surroundingtissues, then drink contrast agent, piecewise scan cardiac, stomach bottom, gastric body, the distal stomach when necessary scan adjacent organs and surrounding lymph nodes. To observe the hole in the stomach wall is smooth, the hole in the stomach wall thickness, level is clear and creep conditions. Results Ultrasonic imaging diagnostic ultrasound imaging diagnosis of 32 cases of gastric antrum space occupying lesion. Gastric body space occupying lesion in 8 cases, gastric wall thickening reason 7 cases pending investigation. Most of the stomach was occupied in 3cases. Peritoneal lymph node enlargement after 6 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound can be used as a stomach auxiliary inspection method.
