护理管理模式对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能影响的对照研究

Effects of Social Function of the Nursing Management Model on Hospitalized Patients with Schizophrenia

目的研究探讨不同护理管理模式对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法对120例住院精神分裂症患者,经家庭式开放式的病房管理60例、封闭式病房管理60例治疗,于住院时、治疗2周末、4周末、8周末、12周末用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI),评价其精神症状严重程度及社会功能情况。结果家庭式开放式的管理模式组明显提高了患者的社会功能,SSPI减分明显,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论开放式管理有利于提高住院精神分裂症患者适应社会技能。

Objeefive To explore social function of the nursing management model for the hospitaled of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 120 hospital schizophmfic inpatients were randomly divided into the observation group and conlrol group, with each group having 60 patients. Both groups received the antipsychofic treatment.The patients in the observation group received open type nursing management such as heath education, individuation mental adapt, riving concern, emotional support and cultural nursing for 12 weeks, while those in the control group were subjected to the traditional closed-off nursing management. All subjects were assessed by BPRS, Results In the end of the treatment, the scores and subscores of the BPRS, SSPI in the observation group were significantly lower than in the comtrol group （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion The open type nursing management plays an important role in improving the riving quality and symptoms of schizophrenic inpatients.
