摘要
目的探讨超声心动图在诊断婴幼儿先天性心脏病中的应用价值。方法对103例临床拟诊先天性心脏病患儿进行超声心动图检查,对影像特征及检查结果进行分析、分类跟踪随访。结果 15例正常,7例卵圆孔未闭,81例存在先天性心脏畸形,检出率为78.6%;其中6例为复杂先天性心脏畸形。结论超声心动图无损伤、操作方便,是婴幼儿先天性心脏病诊断及分型的有效方法,为临床进一步诊治提供了重要参考资料。
Objective To study the application value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of infants with congenital heart disease. Methods 113 cases of children with congenital heart disease in clinical examination of echocardiography, analyze the imaging characteristics and test results, classification follow- up. Results 8 eases of normal, 6 eases of patent foramen ovale, 91 cases of congenital heart malformation, detection rate is 78.76%; Five eases of complex congenital cardiac abnormalities. Conclusion Echocardiography without damage, easy to operate, arc effective methods for diagnosis and classification of congenital heart disease in infants and young children, provides an important reference for clinical diagnosis and further information.
