摘要
目的探讨玻璃离子水门汀治疗口腔正畸的临床效果。方法选取我院在2009年8月至2012年7月间收治的80例口腔正畸患者,将其随机分为两组,观察组42例,对照组38例,首先对患者应用直丝弓矫治器进行牙齿矫正处理,观察组患者采用玻璃离子水门汀进行治疗,对照组患者采用非调拌型牙釉质粘结剂进行粘合治疗,对患者随访2年,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组42例患者中,显效27例,好转11例,无效4例,治疗有效率为90.5%,对照组38例患者中,显效18例,好转9例,无效11例,治疗有效率为71.1%。结论临床上应用玻璃离子水门汀治疗口腔正畸的效果较为显著值得进行推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glass ionomer cement treatment orthodontics. Methods 80 cases admitted in our hospital between August 2009 July to 2012 orthodontic patients, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group, 42 cases of 38 cases in the control group, the first patients straight wireappliance orthodontic treatment, the observation group were treated with glass ionomer cement treatment and control group patients the non tone mixed type enamel adhesive bonding treatment, patients were followed for two years, the two groups were compared in patients with treatment effect. Results The 42 patients were cured, 27 cases, 11 cases improved, and 4 cases, treatment effective rate was 90.5% in the control group of 38 patients, 18 cases were markedly improved in 9 cases, ll cases, the treatment efficiency was 71.1%. Conclusion The clinical application of glass ionomer cement treatment orthodontics effect is more significant worth popularization and application.
