铸铁件常温发黑新工艺研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种以H2SeO3、C6H4O6为主要成分的铸铁件常温发黑新工艺,其工艺配方简单、浓度低、污染小、操作容易、能耗低、工效高、发黑膜质量好,且性能良好,在铸铁件发黑上可以替代传统的高温碱性发蓝工艺,具有广泛的推广应用价值。 A kind of new craft for blackening process of iron workpiece based on H2SeO3、C6H4O6 as main composition at room temperature is introduced. Its craft formula is simple, low er concentration, lower pollution, easy operation, lower energy consumption, higher efficiency. The blackened film quality and performance are good. The craft of blackening process for iron workpiece can replace the traditional high temperature alkaline blu-ing process, which has wide application and dissemination value.
