摘要
创新实验室应从制度上创新,统筹利用现有师资、仪器设备、环境条件等资源,面向全体大学生开放使用,引导教师、学生进入到创新活动中,促进实训教学课程改革,培养大学生分析和解决问题的能力,充分发挥实验室在素质教育和创新能力培养中的特殊作用。
