摘要
本文基于锰(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢对钙红的氧化 ,提出了催化动力学分光光度法测定雨水中痕量过氧化氢的新方法 ,本方法选择性好 ,线性范围为过氧化氢在0~34ug/25ml ,灵敏度达9.72×10-10g/ml。
Based on the manganese(Ⅱ)-catalyzed oxidation of Cal-Red (CR) by hydrogen peroxide, a catalytic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace amounts hydrogen peroxide in rainwater. The sensitivity of this method is 9.72×10-10g/ml.The calioration graph is linear foro to 34 μg H2O2/25ml The method has been applied to be determination of trace amounts hydrogen peroxide in rainwater with coefficient variation of 4.45%
