由于500千伏变电站监控室语音配线环节的投资占变电站通信系统投资的比例极小,又不能体现"高技术"含量等原因,因而在变电站通信系统设计中往往不被重视甚至被忽略,一些惯性思维也多年不变。笔者结合多年对多座500千伏变电站通信系统建设、运维、改造的经验,以配线设备及主材的合理化为基础,信号配线流程的合理化为应用,探索出500千伏变电站监控室语音配线环节的合理化配置方案,有助于提升500千伏变电站语音交换系统运行维护、事故处理、应急抢修的效率和可靠性,有助于语音交换系统的可持续性发展。

Because the proportion of the investment of voice wiring link of control room of 500kV Substa- tion in the investment accounted for substation communication system is very small, and it does not reflect ＂high-tech＂ and so on, it is often not taken seriously or even ignored in the substation communication system design, some of the inertia of thinking also unchanged for years. Combined with years of experi- ence, based on the rationalization of wiring devices and the main material, taking the rationalization of signal wiring process as application, the rationalization configure programs of voice wiring link of control room of 500kV substation is explored, helping to improve the efficiency and reliability of operation and maintenance, accident handing, emergency repair, and contributing to the sustainable development of the voice switching system.
