摘要
以工艺路径为基础对钢包配包过程进行了详细分析,重点分析了离线烘烤包和在线周转包的选配,提出一个系统的钢包优化配包模型,实现钢包的自动选配。生产实践表明,钢包配包计划命中率为95.64%,处于较高水平,说明所开发的钢包优化配包模型具有较好的适用性。
The process of ladle matching is analyzed based on the process route which consists of the stage of off - line burning - off ladle and the stage of on - line turnaround ladle. The two key transform points are mainly researched. The systematic ladle matching model to realize the ladle auto- matic selection was given. The practice indicates that hit rate of plan selection can reach 95.64%. And this shows the proposed model has a high usability for real production.
