对加强工会劳动保护监督检查工作的思考

劳动保护监督检查工作,是工会的一项重要工作。在重大、特大安全事故时有发生的现实情况下,认真审视和加强这方面的工作,十分必要与紧迫。加强企业工会的劳动保护监督检查工作,必须从这项工作的群众性特点出发,广泛发动并坚定依靠职工群众;必须从监督检查的具体要求出发,通过三个方面的努力,充分行使有关职权;必须从骨干队伍实际情况出发,提高骨干队伍的思想认识和业务素质。

Labor protection supervision and inspection, is an important work of trade union. Significant, serious accidents having occurred under realistic conditions, to critically examine and strengthen the work in this area is necessary and urgent. Strengthening labor protection supervision and inspection of the work of the enterprise trade union, we must proceed from the characteristics of the mass of this work, extensively and firmly rely on the masses of workers ; we must start from the specific requirements for the supervision and inspection, through the efforts of three aspects, fully exercising the functions and powers; we must proceed from actual conditions of backbone team, improving cadre ideological and professional quality.
