研究了微酸性氯化物体系中 ( Zn- Co) - Ti O2 复合电镀的工艺 ,探讨了镀液组成及工艺条件对复合镀层中 Co及 Ti O2 含量的影响 ,得到了 ( Zn- Co) - Ti O2 复合电镀的最佳工艺。并对 ( Zn- Co) -Ti O2 复合镀层的耐蚀性进行了考察 ,与 Zn-
Zn Co) TiO 2 deposits from an acidic chloride electrolyte have been examined. The effect of plating bath composition and process parameters on cobalt and TiO 2 content of the (Zn Co) TiO 2 deposits was studied in detail. Optimal technology for (Zn Co) TiO 2 composite deposition has been obtained. The corrosion resistance of the (Zn Co) TiO 2 coating was evaluated and compared with Zn Co alloy coating and conventional zinc coating.
