摘要
采用含卤阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂、稳定剂及CPE弹性体对HDPE进行阻燃改性。实验结果表明 :使用HDPE10 0、磷溴复合阻燃剂 14～ 16、CPE18～ 2 0、无机阻燃剂 8～ 10、复合稳定剂 2～ 3、炭黑 2 5～ 30、其它适量 (均为质量份 )的配方 ,可得到阻燃性能和机械性能均好的电缆料。
s Flame retardant modification of HDPE was made by means of adding bromine and inorganic flame retardant,stabilizer and CPE to HDPE.The results showed by the use of HDPE 100 part,phosphorus/bromine compounded flame retardant 14～16 part,CPE 18～20 part,inorganic flame retardant 8～10 part,compounded stabilizer 2～3 part,carbon black 25～30 part,and proper amount of other fillers (all were mass weight ),a cable compound with good flame retardance and mechanial properties could be prepared.
