细节管理在消毒供应室中的应用

目的探究细节管理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法将2011年2月-2012年12月北京首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院供应室消毒供应室的护理人员28名，随机分成实验组14名和对照组14名，对照组给予常规管理方式，实验组在对照组的基础上再加上细节管理。细节管理实施后通过对两组护理人员的服务意识、差错防范意识和安全问题意识进行调查．并对在消毒过程中出现的差错率和科室对消毒工作的满意度进行调查后对比分析，根据上述结果评价细节管理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。结果根据反馈的数据分析，实验组在实施细节管理后，护理人员的服务意识、差错防范意识和安全问题意识较对照组均显著提升。对照组在759次服务中，出现58次差错，差错率为7．6％，实验组在766次服务中，出现15次差错。差错率为2．0％。科室对消毒灭菌满意度比较发现，实验组总体满意度为94.3％，对照组的总体满意度为83．0％。两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论消毒供应室实施细节管理，能明显降低护理人员工作差错率和提高科室对灭菌消毒服务的满意度，应该在临床上进行广泛开展。

Objective To explore the details of the management in the sterile supply room application results. Methods 28 eases of Department of Supply Room in Beijing Maternity Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from February 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into experiment group of 14 and control group of 14, control group received convention management methods, experiment group received the re-plus details of the management on based of control group, the implementation details of the management of the two groups through the nursing service awareness, error prevention awareness and awareness of safety issues were investigatee, and the error rate of the sterilization process and department job satisfaction for disinfection after investigation were comparatively analyzed, based on the results of evaluation of the details of management in the sterile supply room application results were given. Results According to the feedback of the data analysis, the experiment group after the implementation details of the management, nursing service awareness, error prevention aware- ness and awareness of security issues were significantly improved than in the control group. The control group among 759 were 58 error, the error rate was 7.6%; the experiment group among 766 were 15 error, the error rate was 2.0%. Department for sterilization satisfaction comparison, the experiment group was 94.3% overall satisfaction; overall satisfaction with the con- trol group was 83.0%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sterile supply room management of the implementation details, can significantly reduce the error rate and improve the department nurses working on steriliza- tion service satisfaction, should be widely carried out in clinical practice.
