摘要
漆酶 /助剂对杨木硫酸盐浆进行生物漂白 ,用染色法对漂白过程的纸浆纤维的比表面积进行测定。研究结果表明 ,漆酶 /助剂可有效地提高纤维的表面积、白度 ,降低卡伯值 ,而对纸浆的粘度影响不大。
The aspen kraft pulp was totally-chlorine-free bleached with laccase/mediator system and hydrogen peroxide.The results showed that laccase/mediator treatment can improved the delignification and brightness of pulp,which was consistent with the increase of the surface area of aspen kraft pulp fiber.The surface area of aspen kraft pulp fiber was determined by the adsorption of Direct Sky Blue 6B during the treatment of bleaching.
