目的探讨慢性盆腔炎患者采用甲硝唑与妇科千金胶囊联合治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年9月～2013年5月来我院就诊的126例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料，将患者按来院就诊治疗顺序分为观察组及对照组各63例，对照组使用甲硝唑治疗，观察组使用甲硝唑与妇科千金胶囊联合治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果、复发率及症状改善程度。结果①观察组的治疗总有效率92．06％明显高于对照组的79．37％，观察组的复发率4．76％明显低于对照组的19．05％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②观察组患者的腰骶酸痛、白带异常、月经失调及下腹痛所占比例在治疗后明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。③两组治疗后的症状积分与治疗前比较均明显降低，而观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论慢性盆腔炎患者采用甲硝唑与妇科千金胶囊联合治疗的临床效果显著，能够显著改善患者的临床症状，降低复发率，可作为一种有效的治疗方法在临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined treatment of metronidazole and Fukeqianjin capsule in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Results （1） The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.06%, significantly higher than that in the control group 79.37%, the relapse rate of the observation group was 4.76%, lower than that in the control group 19.05%, the difference between two groups were statistically （P 〈 0.05）. （2） The lumbosacral pain, leucorrhea, menstrual disorder and the proportion of patients with abdominal pain in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference between two groups were statistically （P 〈 0.05）. （3）Observation group and control group after treatment symptoms integral occurred significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the symptoms integral in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The chronic pelvic inflammation in patients with the clinical effect of combined treatment of metronidazole and gynecology Qianjin capsule significantly, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, can be used as an effective treatment in clinic.
