摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者PCI术再灌注心律失常的急诊观察、护理措施与治疗效果。方法回顾性分析192例AMI患者行急诊PCI的临床资料,总结急诊观察与护理方法。结果 192例AMI患者急诊PCI即时成功率达100.00%,RA发生率60.94%,快速性RA多于缓慢性RA,且多发生在再通的瞬间及5 min内。经过系统的观察与处理,97.44%的患者心率(节律)得以恢复,所有患者护理过程中未发生护理负性事件,患者或家属对护理工作满意度为97.40%。结论对AMI患者行PCI术时,护理人员均应于术前充分准备,术中严密观察与快速反应,术后系统护理,早期识别心律失常的征象,及时处理RA,从而降低RA和PCI不良事件的发生率。 Objective To explore the emergency observation, nursing measure and effect of reperfusion arrhythmia causing by PCI in acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods Retrospectively analyzing 192 cases' clinical data of undergoing emergency PCI of AMI patients, and summarizing emergency observation and nursing measure. Results E- mergency PCI's instant success rate in 192 cases with AMI was 100.00%, and RA incidencewas 60.94%. Among them, rapid RA was more than slow RA, and they mainly occurred in the moment of reperfusion or within 5rain. After systematic observation and treatment, 97.44% patients' heart rate and rhythm were recovered. There were no nursing adverse events in all patients' nursing process, nursing satisfaction was 97.40%. Conclusion When performing PCI, nurses should prepare fully before surgery, closely observation and rapid response during surgery, systematic care after surgery, in order to early identify RA's signs and timely treat RA, thereby reducing incidence of RA and PCI's ad- verse events.
