奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血临床观察

Tract hemorrhage clinical observation of octreotide and pantoprazole in treatment of upper gastrointestinal

目的为了进一步提高我院治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效，为患者提供更加安全和可靠性的用药治疗，本文就奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血的临床治疗效果进行了浅显的研究和探讨。方法选取我院于2008年4月-2013年1月收治的74例上消化道大出血患者，随机将其分成治疗组和对照组，每组37例，其中治疗组给予奥曲肽（25～50）μg，h持续静脉滴注，同时给予患者静脉滴注泮托拉唑40mg，每天静脉滴注两次；对照组采用泮托拉唑治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和统计。结果治疗组有33例出血停止．止血率为89．2％；对照组有24例出血停止，止血率为64．9％，观察组的止血率明显优于对照组，两组之间的差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论采用奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道大出血，可有效改善患者出血症状，提高患者生命质量，值得在临床医学中推广使用。

Objective To further improve our hospital treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage clinical efficacy, medication treatment more reliability and safety for patients, the octreotide and pantoprazole in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage clinical therapeutic effect and discussed the simple research. Methods In our hospital from 2008 April to 2013 January were treated 74 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients, randomLy divided in- to the treatment group and control group, 37 cases in each group, the treatment group treated with octreotide（25-50） tx g/h continuous intravenous infusion, patients also received intravenous pantoprazole 40 rag, every vein drip for two times; the control group treated with pantoprazole in the treatment of patients in the two groups, the therapeutic effect was observed and statistics. Results The treatment group with 33 cases stop bleeding, hemostasis rate was 89.2%; the control group with 24 cases stop bleeding, hemostasis rate was 64.9%, the rate of the observation group was significant- ly better than the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of octreotide and pantoprazole in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract hemorrhage, can effec- tively improve the patients symptoms, improve life quality of patients, is worthy to be popularized in clinical medicine.
