摘要
目的:探讨以情胜情法健康教育对慢性脾胃疾病患者抑郁心理的影响。方法:将60例慢性脾胃疾病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上采用以情胜情法健康教育,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以情胜情法健康教育可改善慢性脾胃疾病患者的抑郁心理,促进其情志康复。
Objective :To discuss the impact of health education of emotional restrictive therapy on depression of patients with chronic spleen and stomach disease. Methods:60 patients with chronic spleen and stomach diseases were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group (30 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the health education of emotional restrictive therapy was adopted based on the routine one in the intervention group, the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:The health education of emotional restrictive therapy can alleviate the depression status of patients with chronic spleen and stomach diseases and promote their rehabilitation of emotions.
