知信行护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of KAP nursing intervention to patients with gastational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨知信行护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为观察组55例和对照组65例,对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组在此基础上实施知信行护理干预,比较两组干预后自我护理能力及生化指标。结果:两组干预后自我护理能力及生化指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:知信行护理干预可提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的自我护理能力,缓解病情,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the application effect of KAP nursing intervention in the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 1120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 55 ） and the control group （n = 65）. The patients in the control group were given routine health education ;the KAP nursing intervention was implemented in the ob- servation group based on the routine health education. The self - care ability and biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the self - care ability and bio-chemical indexes between the two groups after the intervention （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The KAP nursing intervention can improve the self - care ability of the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and is conducive to remission of the patient＇s condition.
