浅析PVC树脂的毒性衡量

使用与标准规定方法不同的检测手段 ,发现国内外PVC树脂的残留毒物中除氯乙烯单体 (VCM)外 ,还有多种有机组分。通过数据证实了残留氯乙烯单体 (RVCM )含量不能确切的标记PVC树脂的毒性。提出目前国内外PVC树脂技术标准中 ,只用RVCM含量做为衡量毒性指标是不科学的 ,为了人类的切身利益应尽快修订现行PVC树脂技术标准的有关部分。

It was found that there were many kinds of organic components besides VCM in residual toxitant from PVC resin at home and abroad by employing measurement different from that prescribed in standards.It was verified through measurement that the content of residual VCM couldn't accurately indicate toxicity of PVC resin.Authors put forward that it wasn't a scientific method that only the content of VCM was used as standard to measure toxicity of PVC resin in current technological standards at home and abroad,and some parts of these standards should be revised as soon as possible for the interests of human being.paragine, Esterification, t Butylester, Transfer catalytic hydrogenation
