目的探讨护理在闭合性肾损伤非手术治疗中的作用。方法回顾分析我科收治33例闭合性肾损伤患者的资料。结果经过认真仔细地观察病情和细心护理,及时发现和有效预防并发症,患者均康复出院。结论闭合性肾损伤非手术治疗中,监测生命体征、观察血尿、绝对卧床休息、提供细致的生活护理,是观察和护理的重要内容,提高护理质量,是提高生命质量的关键。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing in non - operative treatment of closed renal injury. Methods 33 cases of closed renal injury were reviewed retrospectively. Results Complications could be found timely and be effec- tively prevented by careful observation and tender nursing, so that patients could restore to health and leave hospital. Con- clusion In the non - operative treatment of closed renal injury, it is crucial to monitor vital signs as well as blood urine of the patients, ensure bed rest and provide careful nursing, which forms the main part of observation and nursing, and the es- sence of enhancing nursing quality and living quality as well.
