摘要 目的重点研究和探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中应用的效果以及可行性。方法研究和比较对我院于2010年1月1日至2012年12月30日急诊科就诊的159例患者的临床资料进行回顾性对照分析,采用随机的方法将其分为对照组70例和观察组89例。对照组患者实行常规护理管理,观察组患者采取团队护理管理,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度、焦虑程度以及对健康知识的知晓率。结果相比对照组,观察组急诊科病区内的服务态度满意度、各项护理质量以及护理人员的综合素质均有较为明显的提升,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展团队管理模式,能够改善护患之间的关系,提高患者的满意度,进而可促进急诊护理管理工作质量的提升,值得临床借鉴使用。 Objective To study and explore the effectiveness and feasibility of the application of the team management model in emergency nursing management. Methods Retrospective analysis and comparative studies were adopted to ana- lyze retrospectively the clinical data of 159 cases in emergency department of our hospital from January 1, 2010 to Decem- ber 30, 2012. The 159 cases were randomly divided into the control group (70 cases) and observation group (89 cases). Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management and patients in the observation group adopted team nursing management, and then the nursing satisfaction, anxiety and awareness of health knowledge of both groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the service satisfaction, nursing quality and nursing staffg compre- hensive quality of the observation group in emergency wards bad been greatly improved, with statistically significant differ- ence ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion To carry out the team management model can enhance the relationship between nurses and patients, improve patient satisfaction so as to promote the quality of emergency nursing management, which is worthy of clinical use.
