摘要
急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)是我国常见的中毒性疾病,发病急、变化快、死亡率高。及时而正确的治疗可以提高患者的治愈率,降低死亡率。目前有机磷农药中毒多采用迅速清除毒物、紧急复苏、应用解毒剂、对症处理以及中间综合症的治疗。
Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP） is a common toxic disease in China, characterized by sudden occurrence, rapid change and high mortality. Timely and correct treatment can improve the cure rate of and thereby reduce mortality rate. At present, organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is treated by rapid removal of toxins, emergency re- covery, application of antidote, treatment based on symptoms and intermediate syndrome treatment.
