桂枝芍药知母汤联合云克治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期的临床观察

Clinical observation of Guizhishaoyaozhimu federated cloud grams for active rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨桂枝芍药知母汤加味配合云克治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 60例类风湿关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照的基础上给予桂枝芍药知母汤加味配合云克治疗。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组(70%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的晨僵时间显著短于对照组,握力大小显著大于对照组,20米步行时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的ESR、CRP、RF及BPC相比较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤联合云克静脉用药治疗类风湿性关节炎有较好的疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical of Guizhishaoyaozhimu federated Yunque for active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction with MDP treatment on the base of control group. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher the control group （70%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guizhishaoyaozhimu federated Yunque intravenous drug for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis had a good effect.
