单侧多功能外固定支架治疗骨创伤并发症及对策分析

Unilateral multifunctional external fixation in the treatment of bone trauma complications and Countermeasures

目的探讨单侧多功能外固定支架用于治疗骨创伤所引起的并发症情况及防治对策。方法对我~2008年3月至2010年3月收治的以单侧多功能外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的患者107例临床资料进行回顾性分析、总结。结果经随访2～4年，本试验107例患者中，有43例发生术后并发症，其中钉道感染3例（7．O％），关节功能障碍11例（25．6％），固定钉松动13例（30．2％），愈合延迟10例（23．3％），神经损伤2例（4．6％），骨折错位4例（9-3％）。结论单侧多功能外固定支架治疗骨创伤引起的并发症与操作水平、术后护理、锻炼与负重情况等多因素有关。

Objective To investigate the unilateral multifunctional external fixator for the treatment of bone caused by trauma complications and Countermeasures. Methods Patients were treated unilateral multifunctional external fixator limb fractures in patients with 107 cases of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results from 2 to 4 years of follow-up, the trial of 107 patients, there were 43 cases of postoperative complications, including pin tract infection in three cases （7.0%）, joint dysfunction in 11 cases （25.6%）, fixed screw loosening 13 cases （30.2%）, delayed wound healing in 10 patients （23.3%）, nerve injury in 2 cases （4.6%）, the fracture dislocation 4 patients （9.3%）. Conclusion unilateral multifunctional external fixator bone trauma caused complications with the operation level, post-operative care, exercise and weight-bearing conditions multifactorial.
