锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折45例分析

The analysis of locking plate treatment 45 cases of humerus proximal comminuted fracture

目的探讨并分析锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院骨科收治的因肱骨近端粉碎性骨折入院的患者，记录术中患者的情况，术后功能的恢复、骨折愈合时间及并发症，然后进行疗效分析。结果对45例老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者进行术后随访，随访时间6～15个月，平均8个月，经x线片显示45例患者均获得骨折愈合，无感染、无肱骨头坏死、无血栓形成、无内固定松动及断裂及神经血管损伤等并发症发生；以Neer评分法评估其术后功能恢复情况，三部分骨折优良率为96．2％，四部分骨折优良率为89．5％，总优良率为93.3％。结论锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折疗效显著，且并发症少。

Objective To explore and analyze the locking plate treatment the clinical curative effect of humerus proximal comminuted fracture.Methods Orthopaedic doctor of traditional Chinese medicine hospital were retrospectively analyzed,Patients with intraoperative, postoperative function recovery, fracture healing time and complications, and curative effect analysis.Results 45 cases of humerus proximal comminuted fracture of elderly patients with postoperative was folloed up for 6-15 months, an average of eight months, 45 patients were obtained via the X line piece of fracture healing, no infection, no humerus head necrosis, thrombosis, and internal fixation loosening and fracture and complications such as nerve vascular injury;to Neer score method to evaluate the postoperative function recovery, three parts fracture was 96.2%, four parts fracture was 89.5%, the total fine rate was 93.3%.Conclusion Locking plate humerus proximal comminuted fracture with obvious therapeutic effect, and fewer complications.
