摘要
本文研究了一种适于纤维缠绕的低毒性耐高温TDE85/酸酐树脂基体及其复合材料,将这种复合材料略为E玻璃/TDE85,基体热变形温度为177℃,其复合材料热分解温度为336℃,这种复合材料综合性能优异,因此已用于制作纤维缠绕耐高温大型电器产品,用在汽轮发电机上,各项性能满足了用户对复合材料耐热性、力学性能、电性能的技术要求。
A low toxicity and high temperature resistance TDE85/anhydride resin system and its composites are studied in this paper, the matrix beat distortion temperature is 177℃, the decomposition temperature of its composites n 366℃. This kinds of composites has been used to make large FW high temperature resistant electrical component of turbogenerator which meets the .requirements of heat resistance, mechanical and electrical properties.
