Urine leucocyte in dry chemical method in pseudo result analysis

目的探讨干化学法对尿液白细胞筛查作用。方法分析收集的1650份尿液标本,通过人工镜检和干化学法进行检测比较。结果干化学法筛检尿液白细胞时有假阳性和假阴性出现。结论干化学法对白细胞筛查时应与人工镜检相结合,当二者出现差异时应以人工镜检结果作参考。避免出现假阳性或假阴性结果,从而正确地指导临床工作。

Objectives to study the effect of dry chemical method in urineleucocyte screening. Methods 1650 urine specimen were analyzed and urine leucocyte was checked both though artificial microscopy test and dry chemical method. Results both false positive result and false negative result existed in urine leucocyte screening using dry chemical method. Conclusion dry chemical method should be used together with microscopy test when screening urine leucocyte. When results differ, microscopy test should act as a refence to dry chemical method, thus avoiding false positive and negative results and better serving clinical work.
