摘要
玻璃钢管工程寿命是管路工程设计的重要参数,是影响技术一经济竞争能力的关键因素之一。本文首先给出工程寿命的定义,并据此对制约工程寿命的三个主要因素──管材的疲劳损伤机理和疲劳特性、管材的抗介质浸蚀性能和内衬层的耐磨性进行充分论证,对确定玻璃钢管工程寿命的几种实用方法和基本原则进行了简要分析和评价。收集了国内外一系列管路工程实例,包括市政供水,农田灌溉、排污以及油田注水和原油输送等管线工程。理论分析和工程实践都证明了工程寿命是可以设计、检验和预测的。按照相应的质品标准和规范进行设计、制造和安装施工的玻璃钢管路,可以具有预期的工程寿命。
Service life of fiberglass pipeline is an important parameter and the critical factor affecting the technical and economic competitiveness. From the analysis of three main factors-fatigue damage mechanism and characteristics, corrosion resistance to media and wear resistance of inner liners, the practical methods and basic principle to detemine foe service life of fiberglass pipeline are analyzed and compared, some examples of pipeline such as the water supply in civil construction, farm irrigation, sewage drainage and crude oil transportation and water injection are given to verify the practicability of the designability and prediction of service life.
