健康教育对colles骨折患者手法复位术后功能康复的影响

Effect of health education on the functional rehabilitation of patients with Colles fracture after manual reduction

目的:探讨个体化健康教育对colles骨折患者手法复位术后功能康复的影响。方法:将120例行手法复位石膏夹板外固定的colles骨折患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组采取有目的、有计划、个体化的健康教育指导,对照组采取传统护理方法;术后6周回访患者演示功能锻炼方法的准确率和患者进行功能锻炼的主动率,术后3个月回访患者的腕关节功能情况,并对随访结果进行比较。结果:术后6周实验组患者演示功能锻炼方法的准确率和患者进行功能锻炼的主动率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月实验组患者腕关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育对促进colles骨折患者术后功能恢复有重要作用。

Objective：To explore the effect of individualized health education on the functional rehabilitation of patients with Colles frac-ture after manual reduction. Methods ： 120 patients with Colles fracture treated with manual reduction and external fixation with plaster splint were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （ 60 cases in each group ）. The purposeful, planned and in-dividualized health education and guidance were adopted in the experimental group and the conventional nursing methods were used in the control group. All patients were followed up ; the accurate demonstration and the active rate of functional exercise of the patients in the 6th weeks after manual reduction and the function of wrist joint in the 3 months after manual reduction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ：The accurate demonstration and the active rate of functional exercise of the patients in the 6th weeks after manual reduction were better and significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the excellent and good rate of the function of wrist joint in the 3 months after manual reduction was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The health education plays an important role in promoting the functional rehabilitation of patients with Colles frac-ture after manual reduction.
