高尿酸血症与冠心病发病机制的研究现状

Research of the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease

近年来冠心病的发病率不断升高,其高致死率威胁着人们的健康,但冠心病的发病机制目前仍没有阐明,近来一些研究者关注到血清尿酸对动脉粥样硬化的作用,其中一些研究提示冠心病与高尿酸血症有关,认为高尿酸是冠心病的一个独立危险因素,而另一些研究则认为高尿酸血症与冠心病之间没有必然的联系,因此本文就高尿酸血症与冠心病的关系的研究现状作一综述。

In recent years,the incidence of coronary heart disease increases,its high fatality rate is threatening people＇s health,but the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is still not elucidated,recently some researchers pay more atten- tion to the serum uric acid that it may lead to atherosclerosis,some studies suggest that coronary heart disease associ- ated with high serum uric acid,they consider that high serum uric acid is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease,while other study is that there is no necessary relation between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease.So this paper will review the current status of the relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease.
