口腔正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的临床观察

Clinical observation of enamel demineralization during oral orthodontic treatment

目的了解口腔正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的发生情况,探讨其发病原因。方法观察并分析45例错畸形患者正畸治疗前后牙釉质脱矿情况。结果矫治后牙齿脱矿患者较矫治前增加(χ2=8.5980,P<0.01),牙齿脱矿率较矫治前增加(χ2=65.595,P<0.01);上颌牙齿脱矿104颗,下颌牙齿脱矿80颗,上颌牙齿脱矿发生率高于下颌牙齿(χ2=3.5601,P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗过程中牙釉质脱矿的发生率较高,养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,采取必要的预防措施可减少牙釉质脱矿的发生。

Objective To observe the enamel demineralization during oral orthodontic treatment,and to investigate causes of the disease.Methods 45 patients with malocclusion before and after orthodontic treatment of enamel dem- ineralization .were observed and analyzed.Results The patients with tooth demineralization increased after treatment than before （X2=8.5980,P〈0.01）,the rate of tooth demineralization increased than before （X2=65.595,P〈0.01）;enamel demineralization occurred in 104 maxillary teeth,enamel demineralization occurred in 80 mandibular teeth,the incidence rate of maxillary teeth demineralization was higher than that of mandibular teeth （X2=3.5601,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The rate of dental decalcification during orthodontic treatment is higher,it can reduce the enamel demineralization to develop oral hygiene habits and take the necessary preventive measures.
