他汀类药物治疗动脉粥样硬化的临床分析

Clinical analysis of statins treatment of atherosclerosis

目的探讨他汀类药物治疗动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法将136例动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为4组:对照组、辛伐他汀组、阿托伐他汀组、氟伐他汀组,每组34例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和饮食护理;辛伐他汀组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予辛伐他汀治疗;阿托伐他汀组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗;氟伐他汀组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予氟伐他汀治疗。比较4组较患者治疗前及服药半年后颈动脉斑块大小、血脂水平、hs-CRP及IMT指标的变化。结果 4组患者在治疗前颈动脉斑块大小、血脂水平、hs-CRP及IMT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但药物治疗半年后,辛伐他汀组、阿托伐他汀组及氟伐他汀组患者颈动脉斑块大小、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP及IMT与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后各项指标无明显变化。结论他汀类药物治疗动脉粥状硬化疗效较好,且不同他汀类药物的疗效无明显差异。

Objective To study the efficacy of statins in the treatment of atheroscierosis. Metnotts 136 patients were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely control group, simvastatin group, atorvastatln group and fluvastatin group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and dietary nursing; the simvastatin group was given simvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment; the atorvastatin group was given atorvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment; the fluvastatin group was given fluvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment. The carotid plaque size, lipid level, hs-CRP and IMT indicators before the treatment and half a year after the treatment of the 4 groups were observed and compared. Results In the 4 groups, the carotid plaque size, lipid level, hs-CRP and IMT indicators before the treatment were not significantly different （P〉0.05）. After half a year% treatment, the carotid plaque size, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, hs-CRP and IMT levels of the simvastatin group, atorvastatin group and fluvas- tatin group were significantly different from those before the treatment （P〈0.05）, but the indicators of the control group was not significantly different before and after the treatment. Conclusion Statins has good efficacy in the treatment of atherosclerosis, and efficacy of different types Of statins is not significantly different.
