摘要 目的优化川乌中双酯型乌头碱的薄层鉴别条件。方法以硅胶G板为固定相,正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(6.4∶5∶1)展开,稀碘化铋钾显色,研究氨蒸汽饱和顺序对展开效果的影响。结果展开缸和薄层板依次饱和10 min,再加入展开剂展开,3种乌头碱斑点Rf值适中,且重现性好。结论优化的方法简便、准确、稳定,有利于控制川乌的质量。 Objective To optimize the TLC identifying condition of diester aconitine in radix aconiti. Methods The G plate of silica gel was used as the stationary phase, spreaded by hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol (6.4:5:1),and the coloration was taken by diluted bismuth potassium iodide solution,the influence of sequence of ammonia vapor saturation on effect of developing was studied. Results The developing jar and plate of thin layer was successively saturated for 10 min,then developed by developing agent,the Rf value of three kinds of aconitine spots were moderate and had good reproducibility. Conclusion The optimized method is simple,accurate,stable,and is conducive to the control of quality of radix aconiti.
