护理干预在急诊科自杀未遂患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of nursing intervention in patients with dutch act attempted in department of emergency

目的 探讨护理干预在急诊科自杀未遂患者中的应用效果.方法 选取本院2005年5月～2008年12月在本院急诊科就诊的320例自杀未遂的患者,按护理方式不同,将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各160例.对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上,给予心理护理干预.结果 治疗组患者出院后的再次自杀率大大降低,明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 心理护理干预在自杀未遂患者再次自杀的预防中发挥重要作用,使患者的再次自杀率大大降低,社会应积极加强心理健康教育.

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention in patients with dutch act attempted in department of emergency. Methods 320 patients with dutch act attempted visited and were selected in department of emergency of our hospital from May 2005 to December 2008,they were divided into the control group （n=160） and the treatment group （n=160） according to the nursing methods.Conventional nursing was conducted in the control group while psychological nursing intervention was conducted in the teratment group on the basis of conventional nursing. Results The rate of dutch act again in patients of the treatment group had been greatly reduced after hospital dis- charge,and it was significantly lower than that of the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with dutch act attempted,the psychological nursing intervention plays an important role in prevention of their repeat suicide,and it can greatly reduced the rate of dutch act again in patients,the society should actively strengthen mental health education.
