脊柱结核一期病灶清除植骨内固定术的护理

Nursing of bone grafting and internal fixation of focus clearance in the first period of spinal tuberculosis

目的总结脊柱结核一期病灶清除植骨内固定术围术期的护理经验。方法选取本院收治的50例行一期病灶清除植骨内固定术的脊柱结核患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例。观察组采用有针对性的护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者术后切口一期愈合、窦道形成、结核病灶复发及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),术后切口一期愈合率及结核病灶的复发率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),窦道形成的发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组无一例窦道形成。结论有针对的护理干预可明显提高手术治疗脊柱结核的成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of bone grafting and internal fixation of focus clearance in the first period of spinal tuberculosis. Methods 50 patients with bone grafting and internal fixation of fo eus clearance in the first period of spinal tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observation group （n=25） and the control group （n=25）.The targeted nursing invention was conducted in the observation group while the conventional nursing was conducted in the control group.The primary healing of incision after surgery,formation of sinus tract,recur- rence of tuberculosis focus and complications in both groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications after nursing in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.There was statistical difference in the incidences of primary healing of incision after surgery and recurrence rate of tuberculosis focus in both groups （P〈0.05）.The incidence of sinus tract formation in the observation group didn＇t display a significant differ- ence in comparison of the control group （P〉0.05）, but no sinus tract has been formed in the observation group. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can remarkably improve the success rate of treating spinal tuberculosis by surgery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
