内、外固定术治疗精神分裂症患者骨折的效果对比研究

Comparative study of curative effect of internal and external fixation in treatment for schizophrenia patients with fractures

目的 对比采用内、外固定术治疗精神分裂症患者骨折的效果.方法 2012年1～12月就诊于本院的精神分裂症骨折患者37例,其中20例采用内固定术治疗（内固定组）,17例采用外固定术治疗（外固定组）,观察和对比两组临床效果.结果 内固定组患者临床愈合例数17例,临床愈合率85.0％,延迟愈合3例,延迟愈合率15.0％;外固定组患者临床愈合例数10例,临床愈合率58.8％,延迟愈合7例,延迟愈合率41.2％,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 内固定术治疗精神分裂症骨折患者的临床效果优于外固定术,其可显著提高临床愈合率,降低延迟愈合率.

Objective To compare the curative effect of internal and external fixation in treatment for schizophrenia patients with fractures.Methods Thirty seven schizophrenia patients with fractures treated in our hospital from January to December 2012 were selected,including 20 cases treated by internal fixation（internal fixation group）and 17 cases by external fixation （external fixation group）.The clinical curative effect of two groups was observed and compared.Results In internal fixation group,there were 17 cases of clinical healing with clinical healing rate of 85.0% and 3 cases of de- layed healing with delayed healing rate of 15.0%;while 10 cases of clinical healing with clinical healing rate of 58.8% and 7 cases of delayed healing with delayed healing rate of 41.2% in external fixation group,there was statistical difference.Conclusion For schizophrenia patients with fractures,internal fixation has better curative effect compared with external fixation,can significantly improve the clinical healing rate and reduce the delayed healing rate.
